Are all of the Peanut Crew™'s products made in the USA?
Yes, they are! We strive to work with local manufactures and US based companies when possible. All of our products are currently made with a family owned manufacturer based in Brooklyn, the borough where we live. We believe in by supporting local, we can keep control of our product being the best ever and workers being treated fair. We also minimize our carbon footprint and preserve the planet for future generations. Simply have a conscience and care when developing our products.

When will I have the products I ordered?
For products that are ready to ship, we usually ship within 1-3 business days. For other that are made to order, please check info under product.
How do I wash my "The Peanut Crew™" the best way?
Machine wash warm or cold inside out on a gentle/delicate setting using phosphate-free detergent. Do not bleach. Lay flat to dry.
I don't live in the US, do you ship to other countries?
Yes, we ship worldwide. However, whatever extra charges that might occur such as customs are the responsibility of the customer.
What type of shipping do you use?
We ship with USPS. We do however not work for USPS, we just ship with them and are not held responsible for lost packages. If you have any issues with not receiving your order, please send us an email: hello@thepeanutcrew.com
My package is lost! I'm really concerned. What should I do?
First check your tracking number. If a long time has passed and there are no updates, please send us an email at: hello@thepeanutcrew.com and we will do our best to help you.

Please contact us before you leave negative feedback in our webshop as we would love to make you a happy customer. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt and product needs to be in the same condition that they were sent out to you. We cannot accept worn or washed garments for return. Please send us an email for returns/exchange before sending back your items: hello@thepeanutcrew.com When sending back your order please include your name and order number. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning/exchanging.
